Went to see this last night, the reviews are right, this movie is awesome. I’ve liked Darren Aronofsky since Pi so I may be a bit biased, but great movie all around, casting, story, pacing.
I wonder if he was influenced by the numerous shojo mangas on ballet corps. My mommy used to read them or just stare at the pretty pictures in the comic book store 🙂
